Orders are shipped within ten business days from purchase via USPS 1-3 day First-Class Mail with tracking (unless otherwise stated in the individual listings shipping info). Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Local orders will be hand delivered when possible to reduce our carbon footprint.
International packages are sent first class air mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import charges that are levied at the time of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns can be made for credit or exchange (unless otherwise stated in the individual listings return policy) . If you have any questions or problems please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do all we can to resolve any issues. Custom items are not eligible for exchange as they are made specifically for you.
If you would like to make a return for credit or exchange merchandise, send your request to within 7 days of delivery. Items will need to be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed.
