For Altar's Spring/Summer 2020 photo shoot, we worked with featured artist Jessica Bizer's striking video projections to create backdrops for our new collaborative collection. We shot at Good Children Gallery, a pioneering artist-run space in the St. Claude Arts District, aimed at enhancing the cultural landscape of New Orleans.
Modeling this collection are performer Luci Broom and artist Leah Floyd.

For Altar's Fall/Winter 2019 photo shoot, we worked with a group of talented artists and dancers to create the images you see here. The photos were shot at Parse Nola, a curatorial residency space run by Amy Mackie. The location is lush with a history that comes through in every decadent detail while serving as a platform for critical dialogue about contemporary art in New Orleans.
